The latest Management Pulse Survey results are in! Everyone’s participation is appreciated. Read on to see what the respondents had to say.

As many of us know, EASA businesses are as varied as the stars in the sky. As the saying goes, “When you’ve seen one EASA member, you’ve seen one.” The results from the Management Pulse Survey conducted in April demonstrate that once again.

I truly hope those of you who said you were in lockdown, under travel restrictions or unable to see customers have now managed to get beyond those hurdles (or will soon).

Resiliency is on display with more than 75 percent of respondents on Question #2 asserting that members feel optimistic or very optimistic about 2021.

I imagine if we were together in an open forum right now, we would hear even more diverse details of the effects the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine had (and maybe continue to have) on our businesses. Personally, I just completed our “Pandemic Response” policy. I did not have that on my list of things to get done last year! Did you?

Stay safe, stay healthy and thank you for participating in the latest Management Pulse Survey! I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in Fort Worth!
