Picture this. You're standing in the Peppermill's trade show floor with a coffee in hand, running into the same faces you've worked alongside for years, catching up on what's changed since last time. That's the EASA Region 7 Conference, September 10-12, 2026, in Reno.
It's not just another meeting on the calendar. Here's what actually happens over those three days.
You'll start with golf at Lakeridge if that's your thing, then settle in for the EIS Welcome Dinner at Bimini Steakhouse, a relaxed way to kick things off before the real work begins.
Friday is where the technical program lives. The Testing 3 Phase Motors session digs into the kind of hands-on knowledge that pays off the moment you're back in the shop. Alongside that, EASA will walk through program updates covering the AC Motor Redesign mobile release, the ERT Program, and Eddy, the tools shaping where the industry is headed. Then the trade show opens up, vendors, drinks, dinner, and the kind of conversations that don't happen over email.
Saturday brings the Pacific Mountain Chapter Business Meeting along with a Leadership Session and Open Management Forum, a chance to hear directly from chapter leadership and have a say in where things go next.
By the end of it, you'll have new ideas to bring back to your shop, a few solved problems you didn't expect, and a stronger connection to the people doing the same work you are, across the region.
