As a guest at a Universal Orlando Partner Hotel, you enjoy complimentary scheduled daily transportation to and from the exciting theme parks at Universal Orlando Resort™ and to SeaWorld® Orlando* and Aquatica®.**

**Bus change occurs at Universal via a connector shuttle to transfer to SeaWorld Orlando. Take the 8:55 a.m. shuttle to Universal Orlando Resort to board the connector shuttle to SeaWorld Orlando, which leaves Universal at 10:05 a.m.

Complimentary transportation reservations are required through the Universal Vacation Planning Desk and must be made in person. Transportation is not valid for groups, special events, or early park admission. Schedule and availability are subject to change without notice.

Busch Gardens

Mears Destination Services provides free transportation for guests with any Busch Gardens admission ticket, Fun Card, or Annual Pass. Reservations, which are highly recommended, can be made from their website by clicking here.

Theme park shuttles are not owned or operated by Rosen Shingle Creek. Should you have inquiries about the service, please contact the transportation company directly. The hotel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Cancellation is required by 4:00 pm EST at least 5 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax. 

Must be guaranteed with a valid major credit or debit card. Authorization of one night room rate plus tax will occur 5 days prior to arrival. Use of a debit card will remove funds from bank account. If authorization declines reservation will be cancelled. 

• In an effort to avoid costly hotel penalties and keep registration fees low, all registrants requiring a hotel who have not booked a hotel room in the official EASA housing block will be charged an additional $200 USD.
• If attendees book in the official EASA housing block and later cancel their reservation (but still attend), the additional $200 will be charged.
• You will need to provide a confirmation number in order to save the $200.
• Local attendees or those driving in for the day will not be charged the penalty. Simply enter "local" into the hotel field, if requested.
