1. The New Solutions Theater presenter shall indemnify EASA against all liabilities and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by EASA as a result of the publications distributed at, statements made during or any other conduct occurring during any New Solutions Theater presentation.
2. Any and all promotional and post-session material, including print invitations for the New Solutions Theater, must be approved by EASA prior to release and distribution. It is the sole responsibility of the New Solutions Theater presenter to work directly with EASA to obtain this approval.
3. All approved promotional and marketing material for the New Solutions Theater must contain the following statement: "The New Solutions Theater's content and the views expressed therein are those of the presenting corporate entity and not of EASA.” The content is not part of the EASA Annual Convention.
4. No signage will be permitted in any public area. Exhibiting companies may advertise and distribute brochures and materials in their exhibit booths. Advertising is also available through the official EASA room drop mechanism, the cost of which is the responsibility of each exhibiting company.
5. EASA will provide signage to direct attendees to the New Solutions Theater. Exhibiting company representatives of the session-planning entity may not be present in public spaces prior to the session starting time.

Non-compliance with this official process will prevent the exhibiting company from participating in the New Solutions Theater the following year and may include a monetary penalty, loss of exhibitor priority points and/or cancellation of the company’s presentation. All penalties will be determined at the discretion of EASA whose decision(s) in these matters will be final.

Ownership of Copyright for Content of New Solutions Theater Presentations
Copyright of the content presented at the New Solutions Theater shall be owned by the New Solutions Theater presenter with all rights intact. The New Solutions Theater presenter is responsible for obtaining copyright permissions and licenses for materials previously copyrighted that will be used as part of the New Solutions Theater program.
