This webinar will share practical solutions for mechanics and winders to overcome common challenges and streamline their daily work. Have you ever fought to remove a stuck end bracket, broken a bolt, or struggled to remove a bearing from a blind housing? Discovered that a keyway is worn oversized when your customer is screaming to get the motor back in service? How about dealing with rough iron when rewinding a stator or armature, trying not to scratch a wire, or rewound a low-speed motor that has continuously overheated? If any of these challenges sound familiar, you won't want to miss this webinar.

Topics include:

  • Techniques for removing stubborn end brackets without damage
  • Bearing removal strategies for difficult blind housing configurations
  • Quick fixes for worn keyways when time is critical
  • Thermal management solutions for problematic low-speed motor designs
  • Preventative maintenance practices

Target Audience: Supervisors, machinists, mechanics, and winders will benefit from this webinar.
