South Central Chapter Meeting

The EASA South Central Chapter has scheduled a meeting April 3-6, 2025 in Louisville, KY.

The agenda is as follows:

Thursday, April 3 - Golf Tournament

Carpool to the Golf Couse- It will take approx. 25 minutes, so allow yourself plenty of time for the 8:30 AM-shotgun start tee time. Champions Pointe Golf Club- 1820 Champions Club Lane- Henryville, IN
812-294-1800. This is a beautiful course designed by Fuzzy Zoeller.

5:30 PM- 9:00 PM- Registration/ Opening Reception

Meriwether Salon- We will be serving heavy hors d'oeuvres and have a full bar. Each Participant will be given 2 tickets for either wine or beer and all other drinks will be on a cash basis.

Friday, April 4th

7:00 AM- 9:AM Breakfast Buffet furnished by hotel8:30 AM-1 o:oo AM - Men's Technical --- William Salon Room The presenter will be Steve Ulm with The Gund Company
Topic: Magnetic Wedges and other Insulation Products

10:00 AM- 10:30 Break----- Clark Salon

10:30-11:45- Men's Technical - William Salon

The Presenter will be Dave Legendre with Star-Tech Instrument Systems
Topic: Balancing Objectives, Shop Balancing, Field Balancing, what happens when balancing fails, Balance Tolerances.

12:00 PM-1 PM-Lunch-Clark Salon

1 PM-2 PM-- South Central Chapter Business Meeting

2 PM- Vendor Tabletop Setup.

Free Afternoon-- Right out the front door of the hotel will be 4th Street Live

6:00 PM-7:30 PM-- Vendor Tabletops - Meriwether and Lewis Salons

7:30 PM-9:30 pm-Banquet Dinner and Speakers

Each Participant will be given two tickets for either beer or wine. All other drinks will be on a cash basis

Saturday. April 5th

7:00 AM- 9:00 AM- Breakfast Buffet Provided by the hotel

9:00 AM-11 :00 AM -William Salon

The Presenter will be Glenn Tofil with England and Company
Topic: Succession Planning- Planning for the future of your Business.

11 :00 AM-- Chapter Meeting Complete. Enjoy Louisville!!

3:00 PM -10:00 PM Distillery Tours and Night at The Louisville Slugger

We will be loading the bus at 3 PM. THIS WILL TAKE A SEPERATE REGISTRATION FROM THE CHAPTER MEETING!

3:00 PM- Bus Pickup

3:45 PM-4:45 PM -- Stitzer Weller Distillery Tour and Tasting

5:30- Arrive at The Louisville Slugger

5:45 - Barrels and Billets Bourbon Experience

Louisville Slugger factory Tour

7:30 PM-9:00 PM-Dinner

** There will be an open bar, serving your favorite Vodka, or Bourbon Drinks and Beer. The bar will be open for the entirety of the event.

9:30 PM - The bus will depart tor the Hotel.

Seminar Cancellation Policy

Refunds for seminar cancellations will be made only if requested from EASA Headquarters no later than 60 days after the close of the seminar. Charges for seminar cancellations will be made on the following basis:

Notice before seminar Service charge
Greater than 3 weeks No charge
1 to 3 weeks 30%
Less than 1 week 50%
 

As mentioned above, EASA reserves the right to cancel seminars for which enrollment is insufficient. Consequently, EASA advises against making non-cancelable airline reservations unless and until you are notified that the seminar will definitely be held.

If insufficient enrollment makes it necessary to cancel a program, EASA will notify registrants at least 14 days in advance.

If you have not received confirmation of your registration from EASA Headquarters, be sure to call EASA before traveling to the seminar site.

EASA reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor if the scheduled presenter is not available due to unforeseen circumstances. Note: Some instructors are independent contractors and not employees of EASA.
