Connect with your local community through EASA's local area networks. EASA supports 10 Regions comprised of 24 Chapters. Some larger Chapters have optionally created smaller units called Districts. Largely volunteer-driven, Chapters regularly organize training and networking events to engage the local member community.
Chapter members elect Regional Directors to represent their interests on EASA's Board of Directors. All EASA Active members must belong to a Chapter.

The Heart of America District will meet in Branson, Missouri at the Hilton Convention Center from September 24th to the 27th 2026. Watch for more details.
The highly anticipated EASA EAA Chapter Convention 2026 will take place in Rome, from the 1st to the 3rd of October.
This year, the main theme of the convention will focus on “The Power of Collaboration“. In our evolving industry, the ability to share knowledge, learn from one another, and work together has never been more important. This theme will be at the heart of our presentations, discussions, and networking opportunities throughout the event.

Mark your calendar to attend the EASA AGM Conference in Perth WA on October 16 and 17, 2026.
The venue is Aloft Hotel by Marriott - a great hotel close to the Swan River and Burswood Entertainment area.
The agenda is busy and includes a workshop tour of EMR an approved EASA workshop where you will be guided through the steps this shop went through to become a certified EASA workshop. We also have a planned trip to AusWinders High Voltage coil and winding shop where we can see how high quality HV coils are formed. Followed by the AGM and at least one case study presented by one of our members. There is also a partners Saturday trip planned and the usual Saturday nights Presidents dinner with fun and games.

The South Central Chapter will host the EASA seminar Mechanical Repair Fundamentals at the Embassy Suites hotel in Hoover, AL. on October 19th and 20th of 2026. Event is currently full. There is currently a waiting list for those that wish to attend.
The EASA Southwestern Chapter (Region 6) will be holding a Fall Chapter Meeting on October 22-24, 2026. in Houston, TX. We have a great meeting planned for you with some excellent business building technical sessions and a bit of fun in the Houston area. Some of our events will require exact RSVPs so please pay particular attention to those when registering. If you have any questions about the meeting, please don t hesitate to contact us. The EASA Western Canada Chapter will hold its Fall AGM on October 23-25, 2026 in Kelowna, British Columbia. Included will be two presentations by EASA Senior Technical Support Specialist Tom Bishop: AC Motor Redesign and Electrical Testing of Three-Phase Motors. Click here for more information.
The EASA Mid-Atlantic chapter will hold its December meeting / Christmas Banquet Social on December 12, 2026. More information to come.

The Mountain Empire District has sheduled a meeting for January 25-26, 2027. This meeting will include EASA's Senior Technical Support Specialist Chuck Yung presenting four education sessions: Electrical Testing of Three-Phase Motors; AC Motor Redesign; Root Cause: Winding & Rotor Failures and Stator and Rotor Construction. Watch for more details to come.

District 8 has scheduled a meeting for March 10-12 in Guadalajara, Mexico. Technical sessions will also be included. Watch for more details to come.
