The 106th meeting of the EASA Australasian Region will be held at the Stamford Plaza Brisbane on 29–30 May 2026. The event will include a facility tour, technical conference presentations, networking opportunities, and the President’s Dinner.

Friday, 29 May

Lunch

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Lunch for members and partners at the Stamford Plaza.

WEG Gearbox Facility Tour

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Attendees will tour the WEG Gearbox facility.
Coach transportation will depart from the hotel at 1:00 PM and return at approximately 4:00 PM.

Evening Social Event

5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Dinner and networking at the PavBar Courtyard at the Stamford Plaza.
Bar food will be available at individual cost and drinks are not included.

Saturday, 30 May

Partner Program

9:15 AM – 2:00 PM (approx.)

Partners will enjoy a river cruise followed by lunch at the historic Breakfast Creek Hotel (est. 1889). Participants will meet in the hotel lobby at 9:15 AM before departing for the cruise boarding dock.

Australasian General Meeting

8:45 AM – 9:30 AM

Location: ICC

The conference will feature a series of technical presentations from industry experts:

The meeting will conclude with closing remarks from President Dane Townsend.

President’s Dinner

The President’s Dinner will include:

• Dinner service
• Charity fundraising activities
• Social networking and entertainment

Wine and beer will be included with dinner. Smart dress is requested.
