Here we have a double sided hot press used for the manufacturing of resin rich high voltage coils. The machine can be used to press both slot sections of a high voltage coil at the same time or each side of the press can be used separately/independently. You are able to control temperature, pressure, and the timing of your pressing cycle through the Allen Bradley PLC and controller. The vertical and horizontal piston pressures can be controlled independently up to over 2000 psi and have a low and high pressure setting for your pressing cycle.

The machine was originally procured by one of the worlds largest electric motor OEMs until we purchased it from them.

The maximum straight section length of the press is approximately 10 feet, and the area inside the press heads is 5 inches wide by 7 inches high.

If you have any questions or concerns please let me know and do not hesitate to ask.
