We are looking to sell a double-sided high voltage coil hot press which is used to consolidate resin rich stator coils. The press is a double-sided press meaning you can press both legs of the coil at the same time. The maximum straight section is 10 feet and the opening of the press box with the pistons retracted is 5” x 7”. There are 24 press heads on each side (12 vertical and 12 horizontal). The maximum pressure is 2000+ PSI. Also, the press can be used to press both legs at the same time or each side of the press can operate independently. Temperature, pressure, and duration of the press cycle is controlled by the PLC.
