Avoid Doing Business with “Suitcasers”

What is Suitcasing?
Suitcasing is when a non-exhibiting company attends the convention and solutions expo and intends to do business with attendees – whether in expo hall aisles, another company’s booth or public spaces within the convention center or area. Suitcasing practices include soliciting business, passing out brochures and business cards in the aisles or conducting business meetings / discussions anywhere at EASA’s convention venue including the expo floor and the hotel / area lobbies, restaurants and bars.

Please AVOID doing business with attendees that are not listed as an exhibitor in the Solutions Expo (see EASA's mobile app or Show Guide). Encourage them to have a booth space.

More than 170 companies are investing to participate in EASA’s Solutions Expo – supporting the convention, EASA and the industry. Please thank them by visiting with them in the expo and elsewhere around the convention venue.

What is EASA’s Suitcasing Policy?
Any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the EASA Exhibition Policy will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to EASA staff.
