Call for Presentations/Papers


EASA is building an excellent program
for our 2026 Convention June 13-16 in Orlando, Florida,
and you could be an important part of it!


EASA has openings for NONCOMMERCIAL presentations to provide informative peer-to-peer learnings (see highlighted topic areas).

NOTE: This call for presentations is for industry speakers only. Speakers wishing to be paid should submit to lraynes@easa.com and vkanevsky@easa.com.

Presentation Opportunities

  • Saturday, June 13 – Afternoon Sessions: Two openings for a 3-hour session 
  • Sunday, June 14 – Morning Presentations: 50-60 minutes (including Q&A time)  
  • Monday, June 15 - Morning Presentations: 50-60 minutes (including Q&A time)  
  • Tuesday, June 16 – Solutions Theater (Expo Hall) - Four micro-session openings available (15 minutes each including 5 minutes for Q&A, maximum 8 slides per 15-minute session). Focus: Non-commercial educational content.
    Special note: Repair firm members are particularly encouraged to submit abstracts for the Solutions Theater micro-sessions.

Submit Your Proposal

You will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Title
  • Concise abstract (250-300 words) that clearly articulates your presentation topic and intended audience. Be sure to explain why your topic is particularly relevant to current industry challenges, emerging trends, or represents a novel contribution to the field.
  • 3-5 bullet points highlighting key takeaways attendees will gain
  • Presenter’s name, title, company name, company city/state/country and prior presentations delivered, if any.

Submissions due by Friday, October 17, 2025


Upon Acceptance
Those selected will be sent an agreement ensuring non-commercialism and EASA’s ability to record the session, etc. If selected, presentations (PowerPoint files using EASA’s template) and technical papers (using EASA’s template) must be submitted for review by Friday, March 13, 2026.

To submit a topic for consideration, please click the button below. Once your presentation proposal is submitted, a personalized EASA Speakers Portal will automatically be created for you on the Sessionboard website. You may use this portal to keep up to date on the status of your submission(s). Moving forward, all communications, uploads, agreements and required tasks regarding an accepted presentation will be completed in your EASA Speakers Portal.

Technical presentations* Business / sales / general presentations
  • PowerPoint file (using provided EASA template)
    This will also be provided to attendees as a session handout (PDF)
  • Technical paper, generally 4 - 10 pages
    (EASA will provide style guide and MS Word template)
  • PowerPoint file (using provided EASA template)

If selected, presentations (PowerPoint files) and technical papers must be submitted for review by Friday, March 13, 2026.

* The author will be transparent about the use of AI in their work and disclose when AI is used to generate any textual output with the statement: “Note: Generative AI was used in part to generate this content.” at the end of the content. If used, the author has the responsibility of reviewing any generative AI content for accuracy, bias and hallucinations (the ability for artificial intelligence to “make up” “facts”).
